Free Worldwide Shipping
At OsymaSkin, we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
You will not see any shipping fees at checkout — we cover all standard shipping costs. We collaborate with trusted international logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered securely and as efficiently as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Rest of the World: 3–7 business days — Free
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

OsymaSkin shall not be held liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
Order Processing, Changes & Cancellations
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once an order has entered the preparation stage and a packing slip has been generated, it can no longer be modified, cancelled, or refunded, even if it has not yet left our facility.
If you believe your order has not yet been processed and need assistance, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, changes are not guaranteed.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active. Temporary delays or missing updates in tracking are the responsibility of the carrier and do not indicate that the shipment has been lost.
Customs, Duties & Importer Responsibility
By placing an order with OsymaSkin, you acknowledge and agree that you are the importer of record for your shipment.
As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for:

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country

Payment of any customs duties, VAT, taxes, import fees, or handling charges

Providing accurate information or documentation required by customs authorities
Customs duties and import fees are determined by local authorities and are outside of OsymaSkin’s control. We are unable to estimate, reduce, or prevent these charges.
Customs Delays, Refused, Returned or Abandoned Shipments
If a shipment is:

Delayed by customs

Returned to sender
-
Refused by the recipient

Abandoned due to unpaid duties or failure to provide required documentation
OsymaSkin cannot be held liable, and such orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Any costs incurred as a result of customs-related issues may be deducted from any potential refund, where applicable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
OsymaSkin is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, OsymaSkin is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
If a package is believed to be lost in transit (not marked as delivered), customers must contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We will assist by opening an investigation with the carrier; however, resolution is not guaranteed and remains subject to the carrier’s policies.
Force Majeure
OsymaSkin shall not be liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, governmental actions, or carrier disruptions.
