OsymaSkin – Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.


2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Products purchased during special promotions (if applicable)


4. Return Process

  • Contact our support team before sending any items back. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days.

  • We will review your claim and provide a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

  • In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by OsymaSkin.


6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original product and place a new order.

  • Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed at the time of exchange.


7. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

  • If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • This legal right is separate from our commercial return policy.


8. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact our support team.


9. Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fees

  • OsymaSkin does not apply any restocking fees to approved returns.

  • If a return is accepted in accordance with this policy, the refund will cover the full purchase price of the returned product, excluding any non-refundable charges specified in this policy (e.g., shipping, customs duties).
