1. Free Worldwide Shipping
OsymaSkin is pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
All shipping costs are fully covered by OsymaSkin. Customers will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout. We partner with trusted international carriers and logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Singapore: 3–5 business days — Free

Australia: 3–7 business days — Free

Rest of the World: 3–7 business days — Free
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Local regulations or logistical disruptions
OsymaSkin shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
3. Order Processing, Cancellations & Modifications
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once a packing slip has been generated, the order enters the preparation phase and can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded, even if it has not yet been dispatched.
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist only if the order has not yet been processed. This is not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. OsymaSkin is not responsible for temporary tracking delays caused by the carrier.
5. Customs, Import Duties & Importer Responsibility
By placing an order with OsymaSkin, you acknowledge and agree that you are the importer of record for your shipment.
As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for:

Complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country

Payment of any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges

Providing accurate information or documentation requested by customs authorities
Customs fees are determined by local authorities and are outside of OsymaSkin’s control. We are unable to estimate, reduce, or prevent these charges.
6. Customs Delays, Refused, Returned, or Abandoned Shipments
If a shipment is:

Delayed by customs

Returned to sender

Refused by the recipient

Abandoned due to unpaid customs fees or missing documentation
OsymaSkin will not be held responsible, and such orders may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Any additional costs incurred as a result of customs issues may be deducted from any potential refund, where applicable.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
OsymaSkin is not liable for:

Lost packages

Returned shipments
caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
8. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, OsymaSkin is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us. We will assist by initiating an investigation with the carrier, but resolution is not guaranteed and remains subject to the carrier’s policies.
9. Force Majeure
OsymaSkin shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, governmental actions, or carrier disruptions.
